Within the framework of Grec 2026, Marc Rosich adapts Oscar Wilde's novel to revive the debate on the obsession with image and eternal youth. This production is performed entirely by Àngels Gonyalons, who takes on the demanding task of portraying (in the role of narrator) and most of the characters in the play. A performance accompanied by live chamber music that breathes new life into Wilde's classic, with an elegant and poetic staging.
Rumba nights and "paperines" in Montjuïc

If you're looking for an outdoor dinner with live music, the Paperines bar (in the Joan Brossa gardens in Montjuïc) offers performances from Thursday to Sunday between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Friday and Saturday are the turn of Rumbarri's covers, while on Sunday Peret Reyes and Yumitos perform. The experience is rounded off with an informal menu: cones (paperines) of fish and vegetables, croquettes, and sandwiches to enjoy outdoors.
Free Star Wars exhibition

The Casa CUPRA is hosting a free exhibition for fans of the "Star Wars" saga: Rebels beyond the galaxy. It is one of the most important private collections in the country, curated by Alfredo Calles. It can be visited from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM for free, and includes original filming pieces, life-size figures, ships, and memorabilia collected since 1977. After Us at Teatre Texas

What happens when love ends but you don't want to lose the bond? This is what this new musical, written and directed by Jumon Erra, with live music by Miquel Tejada, is about. Júlia Jové and Xavi Navarro play a former couple who have promised not to lose their relationship and try to remain part of each other's lives. A Grec Festival 2026 production that offers 90 minutes of humor, reflection, and tenderness.
Immersive experience at Casa Batlló

The Casa Batlló Contemporary space hosts the exhibition Gaudí-Miró-Gomis: Deconstructed. The exhibition, created by Tomorrow Bureau uses artificial intelligence and photogrammetry to reveal details invisible to the naked eye of Miró's sculptures. In addition, they add music to Gomis' photographs, to create a dialogue with original sculptures and engravings.
Casablanca in the "Classics against the heat" cycle

The re-inaugurated Sala Phenomena kicks off the summer with the launch of its cycle Classics against the heat. It is an ideal proposal to enjoy classic films, in a large hall that welcomes us with air conditioning. This Thursday they start strong with the screening of Casablanca (Michael Curtiz, 1942). Winner of three Academy Awards (including Best Picture), it tells the impossible love story between Rick Blaine (Humphrey Bogart) and Ilsa Lund (Ingrid Bergman) at the mythical Rick's Café.

The Time Out Market presents this Friday a proposal that combines running, music and food in the city center. The second session of this initiative proposes an 8 km running route for an advanced-level run, led by Xabi, starting at 7:00 p.m. from the market. At the end of the race, the event continues in the same space with a complimentary drink, DJ session and the option of dining there. The activity is free with a symbolic reservation of 1 euro.
Bresh Open Air at Poble Espanyol

Known worldwide as "the most beautiful party in the world", Bresh returns to Barcelona in its most spectacular format: the Open Air in the Plaça Major of Poble Espanyol. From 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., the space will be filled with flowers, glitter and surprises with a musical selection ranging from reggaeton and Latin pop to dancehall, electronic music and classic hits. Originally launched in Argentina has become one of the essential summer events in the city.
Sentimental Value at Sala Montjuïc

If you prefer to enjoy cinema under the stars, the moat of Montjuïc Castle offers a double feature on Saturday. The night will kick off at 8:45 PM with a concert by Mr. Shingles, and at 10:00 PM, the family drama Sentimental Value (Joachim Trier, 2025), starring Renate Reinsve and Stellan Skarsgård (in original version with Catalan subtitles), will be screened. Directed by Joachim Trier, the film explores memory, family wounds and artistic creation.
