Tous breaks a new barrier, and that is that the Catalan firm has invoiced for the first time more than 500 million euros. Specifically, it closed last year with 523 million euros invoiced, 9.4% more than the previous year.

This growth, above that registered by the sector as a whole, has been boosted by the expansion of Tous' business, with the launch of a new global website, the renovation of its store network and the promotion of new projects in the socio-educational field, among other projects.

Globally, these projects and novelties have involved an investment of 31 million euros in store investments, infrastructure and information technology. This figure is part of the company's objectives, which plans to invest 120 million euros in the next three years. The company, which has 600 stores in 40 countries, has reached an ebitda of 114 million euros in 2024, 6.4% more than the previous year.

"Tous is today a stronger brand, with a solid global presence and a unique differential proposal in jewelry," defended Tous CEO, Carlos Soler-Duffo. "In 2024 we have successfully met the objectives set for the first year of the GEM plan," he said in reference to its strategic plan, with the initials of Growth, Elevation and Mindset. With this, the company aims to consolidate its leadership in the jewelry industry, boost its global growth and elevate its positioning.

Within this strategy, the firm born in Manresa is committed to an omnichannel model in which online sales have increased by 10% compared to the previous year, reaching 23.5% of the total business. This boost in online does not detract from the physical store network, of which Tous has renovated about fifty this year.

In addition, the growth of Tous' business has been generalized in all markets where it is present, including the most mature for the company, such as Spain and Mexico. Beyond consolidating and strengthening its brand in the countries where it already has a presence, Tous aims to accelerate its expansion into new markets.

The firm has achieved this billing record in a year marked by the recent repurchase of all the company's shares from the Swiss fund Partners Group, which in 2015 acquired 25% of the Catalan company's shares, which places the family in full control of the brand's share capital.
