Tous opens its new store model in Barcelona. The Catalan jewelry firm has just inaugurated a new establishment at number 66 of Rambla Catalunya, incorporating its new brand image and innovative services such as Tous Craft & Care, where a master jeweler performs maintenance services, customizations, and adjustments to jewelry.
The new boutique is the third in the brand's entire network to feature the new concept, which until now had been implemented in Madrid, at number 50 Serrano Street, and in the Magic Badalona shopping center. Tous's goal is to progressively transform all its stores, although the implementation of the firm's new logo is happening much faster, already appearing in eleven of the thirteen jewelries it owns in Barcelona. The new logo is black, more robust and forceful, to increase its visibility.
This opening also marks Tous's return to Rambla Catalunya. The premises where it has been installed previously housed a Mango Kids store. According to the family business based in Manresa, the new space in Rambla Catalunya "is designed to foster customer autonomy and offer a new way of interacting with the product." "The shopping experience is one of the key points of our brand evolution, as it perfectly conveys how we understand our jewelry and accessories, as allies of our customers' self-expression and creativity," explains Anna Sió, Tous's brand experience director.
One of the main novelties is the existence, visible to all customers, of a small workshop where a master jeweler provides advice on jewelry care and can also make adjustments and customizations. This service, Tous Craft & Care, is also available at the Paseo de Gràcia boutique.
Tous's new store concept incorporates LED lighting and its architecture is designed to create an immersive experience. Tous presented its new brand image last September. "We have just celebrated our centenary, but to last another hundred years we need to transform and adapt to the market," explained Tous president, Alba Tous, at the time.
After growing by 37% in 2021, Tous had a turnover of 384 million euros and its goal was to exceed 400 million in the 2022 financial year. The Catalan brand has more than 700 boutiques worldwide.
