In the coming days, big names from the current scene will return to the stages to revive very successful works. This is the case of Oriol Pla who arrives at Sala Beckett to present Gola again, or Sílvia Abril who once again puts on a nun's habit to embody a character from El Tenoriu.
But apart from these great totems, on the theatrical billboard we will also be able to enjoy musical successes again such as Guillermotta, which returns to El Maldà, or the Catalan musical Busco pis!, which has made the big leap from Teatre Gaudí to Teatre Apolo.
This week there will also be premieres: at Teatre Eòlia we will be able to witness the new creation by Alicia Reyero who, together with Lali Alvárez, present a proposal of celebration and documentary. On the other hand, Teatre Goya premieres a musical comedy based on the noir genre, but with touches of humor.
El Tenoriu
- Teatre Coliseum
- From October 21 to November 8, 2026
- Tickets available here
Teatre Coliseum hosts the return of El Tenoriu, the most gamberra and satirical version of José Zorrilla's classic produced by El Terrat. Starring Sílvia Abril, this third season incorporates notable novelties in the cast: David Olivares takes on the role of Don Juan Tenorio, while Artur Busquets joins a cast formed by Anna Bertran and Roger Julià.
With dramaturgy by Israel Solà, the show recovers the classic myth from a popular and humorous perspective. The proposal recovers the spirit of Don Juan Tenorio that Joan Capri and Mary Santpere turned into a theatrical phenomenon during the seventies, updating it from a gamberro and current prism.
Gola
- Sala Beckett
- From October 21 to November 15, 2026
Sala Beckett recovers Gola, the successful show starring actor Oriol Pla. After its premiere at the TNC, this production returns to Barcelona to celebrate La Beckett's 10 years in Poblenou. The work talks about the concept of gluttony as the compulsive need to swallow everything that makes us or they make us desire in contemporary society.
The staging moves through different disciplines: clown, theatre, performance, movement and dance. Through this fusion of languages, the proposal uses the figure of the actor as a metaphor for the trap that hides the illusion of being able to consume absolutely everything.
Guillermotta
- El Maldà
- From October 19 to November 23, 2026
- Tickets available here
El Teatre El Maldà is programming again Guillermotta, a theatrical and intimate concert that pays homage to the career of the Catalan singer-songwriter. Embodied by actor Jordi Vidal under the direction of Jordi Prat i Coll and with the participation of pianist Jordi Cornudella, the show recovers the repertoire of the Cançó from a contemporary perspective.
Through an alter ego, the proposal combines poetry, cabaret song and elegant mamarraxisme to review essential themes by Motta. The piece vindicates creative freedom, artistic commitment and the validity of texts that continue to resonate with freshness and lucidity.

I'm looking for a flat!
- Teatre Apolo
- From October 16 to November 14, 2026
- Tickets available here
Teatre Apolo programs Busco pis! A temporary rental musical, a fun satire written and directed by Xavi Morató with original music by Gerard Sesé. The production makes the leap from Teatre Gaudí to a large venue like Teatre Apolo, in a commitment to Catalan musical creation. The plot deals with the difficulties of access to housing and the contradictions of the real estate market in current Barcelona.
The story follows Laia, a thirty-six-year-old woman who tries to become independent without success. In her desperate attempt to find a flat, she will end up involved in the BCN Sell&Rent Village, the city's great real estate congress, where she encounters all kinds of surreal characters: large landlords, aggressive salespeople, expats and politicians looking for the opportune photo.
Murder for Two
- Goya Theatre
- From October 20 to November 24, 2026
- Tickets available here
The Goya Theatre presents Murder for Two, an award-winning musical comedy that reinvents the detective genre through humor and live music. With adaptation and general direction by Zenón Recalde and musical direction by Gaby Goldman, the play pays a fun tribute to classic mystery and investigation films.
The show features a performance where only two actors (Dídac Flores and Mikel Herzog Jr) bring thirteen different characters to life while playing the piano live. The plot follows the interrogation of twelve crime suspects for just over an hour, in a race against time full of rhythm, entanglements, and surprising twists.

Jolgorio, the party of all my birthdays
- Eòlia Theatre
- From October 22 to November 8, 2026
The Eòlia Theatre premieres Jolgorio, the party of all my birthdays, a project created by Alícia Reyero and Lali Álvarez. This proposal is conceived as a celebration-ritual of life where documentary and fiction unite to reflect on individual memory and its direct connection with collective history.
Starting from the premise that every birthday contains all past and future birthdays, the production talks about the passage of time, desire, social changes, and the struggles of a generation. A poetic and punk party that is presented as a shared theatrical experience.
