The Sampling Solutions closes its first round with the support of 101 Ventures

This startup is dedicated to taking samples for laboratories throughout Spain. After more than twenty years managing agri-food, environmental, and industrial laboratories, its entrepreneurial team detected that there was no proposal in the market that did it in an efficient, reliable, and flexible way, and they decided to create The Sampling Solutions at the end of 2019, with the support of 101 Ventures Builder. A year and a month later, The Sampling Solutions has once again received the support of this venture builder in its first round of financing, in which it has raised a total of 260,000 euros.

In addition to the participation of 101 Ventures Builder in the round, the support of GVC Gaesco Capital Riesgo, Grupo Ambar, Labiana Pharmaceuticals, Pinama Inversores, Investment Sampling, and Rat Gasol stands out. The resources from the round should allow the startup to accelerate the development of its platform and strengthen the team, led by Eli Bosch, and its commercial area. With a staff of seven employees, the startup has recently incorporated Maica Nolla as Head of Finance, and Judit Arguimbau as Head of Operations and Quality.

The Sampling Solutions has also recently closed agreements with new clients, which have allowed it to expand its operations in the national market, specifically in Catalonia, Madrid, Andalusia, and Castilla y León. Currently, the startup works with the laboratories Control Microbiológico Bilacon from the Tentamus group, PremiusLab, and Quimlab, and has clients such as Aquona and Global Ominium.
