The New Barcelona Post has signed a sponsorship and patronage agreement with the Fundació Privada Orfeó Català - Palau de la Música Catalana with the aim of contributing to the dissemination of the musical and cultural activities carried out by the entity. As of this April, the good news magazine and projection of the Barcelona brand becomes a collaborating media partner of the Palau and also joins its Patronage Council, an internal governing body whose purpose is to promote the collaboration and participation of civil society in the governance and financing of the Foundation's activities, and to ensure the proper investment and application of the economic resources provided.
The collaboration agreement was signed this week by the president of the Foundation, Joaquim Uriach, and by the editor of The New Barcelona Post and CEO of Must Media Group, Guillem Carol, at an event held in the emblematic modernist building designed by the architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner.
The New Barcelona Post will disseminate among its readers both the musical program and the different initiatives and activities promoted by the Palau de la Música throughout the year. Culture is a central axis of our publication and, in this sense, patronage agreements have also been signed with other major cultural institutions in the city such as the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya and the Fundació Catalunya Cultura. In parallel, The New Barcelona Post also has sponsorship agreements with festivals such as Cruïlla and Castell de Peralada and with Grupo Focus, the city's main private theater operator.
