Soho House expands in Barcelona. The club for creative professionals will open its third location in the Catalan capital in 2025, and not just anywhere. The platform has chosen to do so on the iconic Tibidabo Avenue, and one of its imposing mansions will host the club's new headquarters: Torre Bernat i Creus.

Designed in 1906, the single-family house will house the new Soho House facilities starting next year, which will include an 18-meter pool in a landscaped area, a gym, and treatment rooms. Named Barcelona Pool House, the new center will focus on the well-being of its members, who will also have two floors dedicated to club spaces, with a bar and restaurant with a terrace overlooking the city.

The transformation of the building will maintain its modernist essence and enhance it. Thus, the interiors of this new Soho House location will be inspired by modernism and its intricate details. "We are eager to open the doors of our third location in Barcelona, which will focus on well-being, something we know is important to our members," according to Richard Van Batenberg, Regional Director for Southern Europe at Soho House.

The new establishment will join the two already operational locations of the platform for creatives in the city: Soho House Barcelona, located in the central Duc de Medinaceli square, and Little Beach House Barcelona, "which offers a relaxing seaside retreat in the fishing village of Garraf," in Van Batenberg's words.

Soho House, which will simultaneously open a location in Madrid, has nearly 30 years of experience since it was founded in London in 1995 by entrepreneur Nick Jones, with the aim of creating spaces that foster creativity and connect professionals and their ideas.

Soho House establishments, which include hotels, restaurants, spas, and workspaces, are complemented by the Cities Without Houses platform, which connects creatives who do not have a Soho House in their city, through a network that operates in 85 cities worldwide.
