Barcelona is already preparing for its main festival. La Mercè will land in the Catalan capital with multiple proposals and activities, among which, as always, live music will stand out. As is traditional, the Estrella Damm concerts will be one of the highlights of this edition, and they will do so for free with artists such as Oques Grasses, Figa Flawas, Maria Jaume, and La Ludwig Band.
The Mediterràniament stage at Bogatell Beach and the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm will become, from September 20 to 22, one of the epicenters of the city's main festival. Music will arrive in Bogatell on Friday the 20th, in a show that will be opened by Maria Jaume from Mallorca. Then it will be the turn of La Ludwig Band, which will then give way to Oques Grasses. Figa Flawas will be in charge of closing the night, already in the early morning, who also star in this year's La Mercè Estrella Damm campaign with Que no s'acabi.
On Saturday the 21st and Sunday the 22nd, music will move to the Antiga Fàbrica Damm, with emerging talents as protagonists, within the framework of Barcelona Acció Musical (BAM). Saturday night will combine tradition and avant-garde with Lucia Fumero, Lleona, and Crnds, at noon, and with Cheb Kerem, Malika, and Cheb Runner in the afternoon.
The party will continue on Sunday with the alternative pop of Fades, Twin, and Rebe, the urban music of 8KITOO, and the experimental proposals of Nina Emocional, SDH, and Somadamantina, which will fill the old factory with sound. Gastronomy will also play a prominent role, with local food trucks, which will include Deleito's hamburgers, Indi Footruck's frankfurts, Pizza Market's proposals, Chalito's milanesas, and Santa Gloria's sweets, which will add a sweet touch to the musical days.
