ISS inaugurates an innovation 'hub' in Cornellà

The company wants to analyze post-coronavirus trends in workspaces from this new center, where it has relocated 150 employees

The Danish multinational real estate and services management company ISS has just opened new offices in Cornellà de Llobregat. It has moved about 150 employees, who previously worked from L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, to this new location.

With an area of more than 3,000 square meters, the Cornellà headquarters has been designed as a hub to innovate on the definition of workspaces, one of the services offered by ISS to third parties, in addition to others it also provides, such as cleaning, catering, or security. The company expects this center to become a benchmark for the study and implementation of new policies and strategies on how offices are configured, one of the spaces clearly affected by the pandemic.

In this sense, ISS's own offices have been configured incorporating the latest post-coronavirus trends, with multipurpose and modular rooms, which can be adapted depending on the needs of each moment. Likewise, all spaces are equipped with touch screens and videoconferencing systems, and new cleaning protocols have been incorporated, such as UV ray robots.
