The Catalan company specializing in marketing strategies, advertising, and sales dynamization in stores, in-Store Media, plans to invest 55 million euros until 2026 to increase the digitalization of the physical point of sale, the advertising development of the online channel of businesses, and international expansion.

These three elements are central to the firm's expansion plan, which is present in 9 countries, with a prominent presence in Spain, where it obtains 40% of its revenue. In 2021, the company recorded a turnover of 75 million euros, a 10% increase compared to 2019. According to the company, the business will reach 167 million in 2026.

Currently, in-Store Media has 196 employees and manages services in 330 shopping centers, 1,500 hypermarkets, 5,821 supermarkets, 57 pharmacies, and 92 departments worldwide. The shareholding of in-Store Media Group is composed of Pablo Vilá, ISP Holding ---a company of the Rodés family--- and Artá Capital.

For in-Store Media, the digitalization of the physical point of sale is fundamental, with more than 1,200 digitized points in 7 countries and more than 8,000 screens installed, as well as the development of e-commerce channels, which account for almost 30% of the business volume in the fiscal year. But the goal for 2026 is to raise this percentage to 42.5%, with 35% of its advertising revenue generated through its digital circuits and 7.5% thanks to the development of advertising circuits on large consumer online portals.

Regarding internationalization plans, the firm has reported that, for the next four years, it aims to reach 70% of the business. To do this, it will focus on the Asian continent, in countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, or Malaysia. It will also open new markets in South America and continue growth in Central Europe.

After the last fiscal year, "a spectacular year," according to CEO Aleix Martí, forecasts place 2022 turnover at 80 million euros. The firm will offer businesses and chains tools to "communicate their value proposition to the consumer in an appropriate way," because "the pandemic has accelerated changes in the shopper and they increasingly demand greater flexibility, speed, and personalization of their shopping experience, making communication at the point of sale more critical than ever," according to Aleix Martí.

The Catalan company manages more than 1,200 digitized points in seven countries.
