Fundació Catalunya Cultura is warming up for its big night. This year, La Nit de l'Empresa i la Cultura will not only serve to award cultural initiatives that energize the local ecosystem, but will also celebrate the tenth anniversary of the entity directed by Maite Esteve.

The gala will be held on Tuesday, October 22, at the Teatre Lliure de Montjuïc. With Bruno Oro as the event's presenter, artist Judit Neddermann will liven up the night with a performance. Some of the authorities who will attend include the president of the Parliament of Catalonia, Josep Rull, and the Minister of Culture, Sònia Hernández Almodóvar.

La Nit de l'Empresa i la Cultura will be the setting for the delivery of the Impulsa Cultura Award. However, before the winners are announced, the five finalist projects will present their proposals. This year's selected projects are Brava Arts, Eidart, Nova Sala Atrium, Projecte Cantera, and Somriu Fest.

Once the presentations conclude, the jury will award the prize, endowed with 10,000 euros. This year's jury members are the president of Fundació Catalunya Cultura, Eloi Planes; the director of the CCCB, Judit Carrera; chef Jordi Cruz; the general director of Focus and president of ADETCA, Isabel Vidal, and the director of Legiland, Jesús Hernán, who was awarded a year ago.

But this will not be all. The New Barcelona Post, as a collaborating entity of the foundation, will present an award to one of the finalists of the Impulsa Cultura Program. In this case, it will consist of the design of a communicative dissemination strategy, with planned actions such as the publication of reports, opinion articles, and interviews.

Another award that will be presented on Tuesday, October 22, will be the Empresa Cultura award, which this year will be received by two companies, one SME and one larger one. The jury is formed by the president of the Cercle d'Economia, Jaume Guardiola; singer Judit Nedderman; the president and founder of Mango, Isak Andic; the general director of DDB, Sam Júdez, and the executive of DKV, David Camps, who was also awarded a year ago.

Finally, also as a collaborating entity, Barcelona Global will select a cultural proposal from the Impulsa Community. With this award, the initiative will be able to participate in the Hola Barcelona event that this private lobby organizes every year.
