Once upon a time, there was a new street and a new building. Alongside the construction company's signs, an unusual notice appeared during the works at 30 Via Laietana: Cardellach. The then-young elevator company proudly announced that the building would be fitted with one of its lifts. The developer—a well-known businessman and politician—also wanted everyone to know.
