Mariàngela Taulé Delor

Director General of the Egyptian Museum of Barcelona and the Clos Archaeological Foundation since 2003. Graduated in History and Master in Archaeology from the UAB, she complemented her training at ESADE. She was a researcher at the Archaeology Laboratory of the Milà i Fontanals Institution (CSIC) (1991-1998), specializing in micromorphology of archaeological soils. She has participated in archaeological projects in Catalonia, Germany, Egypt, and Argentina. As director of the museum, she promotes exhibitions, educational programs, excavations, and various activities, focused on promoting knowledge of ancient Egypt and making an self-managed institution economically sustainable. She is part of the Culture Commission of the Catalan Coordinator of Foundations to promote cultural collaboration and sustainability.
