Concha Santiago is the Head of Strategy at Ogilvy Spain. She has over 20 years of experience as a Marketing and Communication professional working for different brands, such as BMW, Cepsa, Axa, Iberia, Mahou, Movistar, Renault, ING, Sanitas, SEUR, and Endesa.
Throughout these years, she has taken on different responsibilities, both leading teams and managing clients. She has also contributed to the development of internal agency processes and new business acquisition strategy. She has held Strategic Direction roles, participating in the global development of Brands, in the creation of acquisition strategies, engagement and customer experience projects, and integral 360 campaigns, among others.
