Director of the Documentation Department and responsible for the library and thehistorical archive of Foment del Treball. A professional life developed in documentation centers, libraries, and archives. Always among papers, catalogs, and inventories. I have had the pleasure and honor –and it is not a mere formula– of collaborating in diverse and varied historical investigations, ranging from the history of Foment del Treball Nacional– more than 240 years of historical journey – and the chronicle of business associations in Catalonia, up to the approach and dissemination of key figures and sectors in the economic history of Catalonia and Spain. All this possible, as the poet said, thanks to that metropolis of records that is today Foment's documentary and bibliographic collection.
