Lovers of street food and sweet treats are in luck. Barcelona's Moll de la Fusta will host a new edition of All Those Food Market on Saturday and Sunday, the Barcelona gastronomic festival that will celebrate its ten-year trajectory with artisans and entrepreneurs presenting the latest trends in gastronomy.
The last edition, which lasted three days, gathered 23,000 attendees at the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya (TNC), where more than 75 gastronomic entrepreneurs participated. This new edition, which will have one less day of festival, expects to gather 20,000 people.
On its tenth anniversary, All Those Food Market will present about sixty gastronomic projects for all tastes: the single origin chocolate from Notka Chocolate, the fermented products from Sants Ferments, the extra virgin olive oil from Oli Cometes, the artisanal gin from 100&Nomore, the ready-to-drink cocktails from East Drops, the recovered seeds from Les Refardes, the original croquettes from Paquitas and a wide variety of products ready to fill the palates and pantries of attendees.
Natural cosmetics is also one of the protagonists of All Those, which will occupy a prominent place in the artisan market thanks to projects such as Sab Solids or Reset Free Beauty.
The most suggestive restaurants in the Catalan capital will surprise everyone with the most exclusive street food. Some of the protagonists will be traditional flavors with special touches like those of Dos Pebrots, Palo Verde or Fat Barbies, and exotic dishes like those of Lady Dumpling, Anormal or Warike, which will share the spotlight with new proposals like those of Casa Inés, Insolent or Molla, the new and attractive proposal from the chefs of Sartoria Panetieri.
Likewise, several of the restaurants in this edition will join forces to promote the plant based movement and will cook, hand in hand with Nous de Califòrnia, limited edition dishes with walnuts as the main ingredient. Of course, all proposals will be accompanied by the best craft beers and wines from local producers, led by Vallformosa.
DelaCrem ice creams, made with local ingredients, will be in charge of serving desserts with their DelaTerra line. Jon Cake's cheesecakes, Areca Bakery's vegan donuts, and Morreig pastry shop's sweets will be added to the menu.
For a more playful festival, All Those will feature Bitter KAS, which will distribute prizes to those who want to have a fun time with the roulette game.
The Moll de la Fusta will also host classic gastronomic workshops for all audiences, among which will be the proposal from Quesos de Suiza ---also present in the last edition--- to learn first-hand how artisanal cheeses are produced by virtually accessing the meadows and cheese dairies of the Helvetic country.
Some of these dynamic proposals are based on learning to make chocolates with wild plants together with DeBosc or discovering the secrets of botanical pasta with Lacci. There will also be a family chill out space in collaboration with Mammaproof, where the little ones can relax and enjoy the event. The festival, with tickets at eight euros, will welcome visitors on Saturday from 11 am to 10:30 pm, and on Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm.
