Impossible

  • Sala Atrium
  • All weekend

The Sala Atrium presents Impossible, a theatrical drama based on the work of Italian writer Erri de Luca, under the direction and set design of Ramon Simó. The story begins with a judicial interrogation where a young judge questions an old revolutionary and climbing enthusiast, accused of the death of a man who fell down a ravine in the mountains. This seemingly accidental event hides an old betrayal: the victim was a former militant comrade who denounced his armed group decades ago.

Interpreted by Lluís Soler, Bernat Quintana, and Eduard Tudela, the piece transforms the judicial investigation into a dialectical confrontation of great moral and political depth. The work reflects on loyalty, the validity of ideals, the loss of revolutionary utopia, and nature as the last refuge of individual resistance and humanism against the established order.
