The tribute to Picasso by Antoni Tàpies

Barcelona has a great hidden treasure: works of art located in its streets. They are pieces by great international artists, but many times we pass by without realizing their existence. Today we begin a new season of #StreetArtbyTheNBP getting to know a sculptural ensemble by Antoni Tàpies that commemorates the centenary of the birth of the Malaga-born painter Pablo Picasso. The monument, whose central element is a large glass cube placed on top of a small pond, over which water falls, is a recreation of the time Picasso lived in Barcelona
