Redarbor expands its digital human resources solutions. The business holding based in Sant Cugat del Vallès has acquired 100% of the Chilean startup Genomawork, which addresses the company selection process through artificial intelligence (AI), gamified evaluations, and neuroscience.

With this operation, the Catalan company Redarbor strengthens its position in Latin America, where it operates in 20 countries through its job ad websites, Computrabajo, OCC, Infojobs Brasil, and Catho, and its human resources software, Pandapé.

Now, the company incorporates Genomawork's solutions, which optimizes candidate selection with predictive models that use AI algorithms and data analysis. Since its founding in 2018, the startup has collaborated with companies from multiple sectors, such as retail, banking, telecommunications, and mass consumption. Among its clients are multinationals such as Starbucks, Burger King, BBVA, and Nestlé.

Genomawork, which will operate within Redarbor's structure, will continue to be led by its founders, Daniel La Roche, Fabián Martínez, and Diego Hormaechea. "This merger is a natural step and a great opportunity to expand our impact globally," La Roche stated.

"By joining forces with the leader in job portals in Latin America, we will be able to combine our innovative technology with their solid industry reach, creating a more powerful and effective platform," something that will benefit both companies, according to the startup's co-founder.

In this vein, the founder and CEO of Redarbor, David González Castro, agreed that the incorporation of Genomawork represents "a strategic step with great potential" that strengthens the company's offering: "Its technology will complement our solutions and improve the experience for both companies and candidates."
