The operation has closed as the largest social impact investment round in Spain.

The round was led by Quadrille Capital and co-led by Asabys Partners and Cofides —manager of the Social Impact Fund (FIS)—, and the operation also allowed the entry of ICF and Endeavor Catalyst. In the technological field, it will invest in the development of customer-oriented products, enhancing artificial intelligence and tools that allow progress towards a preventive, proactive, and integrated care model between the health and social spheres. The operation also includes the incorporation of Daniel Alonso, former product director of Glovo.

"This investment not only allows us to grow and consolidate our leadership but also to continue maximizing our social impact," said Oriol Fuertes, CEO of Qida. For her part, Alejandra Duran Gil, partner at Quadrille Capital, highlighted the potential of Qida and its business model: "The company combines technological innovation with a people-centered approach, which positions it as an undisputed leader in the sector."

In this sense, according to Asasbys partner Guillem Masferrer, the company promotes "a model of high-quality home care, prevention, and attention with sustainable growth potential." Along the same lines, the director of the FIS, Raúl Sánchez, goes further, stating that the company "will contribute to transforming and improving the health and social sector."
