The CEO of Kave Home, Francesc Julià, the co-founder of Impress, Diliara Lupenko, and the CEO of Factorial, Jordi Romero, are the three finalists vying for the Young Entrepreneur award organized by the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Catalonia (AIJEC). This year, the award reaches its 30th edition, consolidated as one of the most important entrepreneurship awards held in Catalonia.
"AIJEC aims to foster the attitude of young entrepreneurship, recognizing people who are a source of business inspiration," explains its president, Ruben Sans. With this recognition, the association wants to distinguish "the work, effort, and perseverance of young entrepreneurs capable of generating jobs and promoting business projects."
In addition to the three finalists for the Young Entrepreneur award, the association also awards the Best Business Initiative, with the aim of recognizing the most innovative business idea with future prospects. In this case, the three classified projects are Opground, The Smart Lollipop and Theker. "In this category, projects with the best business ideas based on innovation and creativity, as well as future prospects, are taken into account," reminds AIJEC vice-president, Estefania González Campins.
The Young Entrepreneur award ceremony will take place next Thursday, October 5, at a gala at the IMO Grupo Miranza Convention Center.
