ISS España maintains its positive trend of recent years. The services company, including cleaning, maintenance, and workplace, with state headquarters in Sant Cugat del Vallès, closed 2024 with a 15% growth, with a turnover of 688 million euros.

As happened in the previous fiscal year, ISS grew in all its services, with the cleaning sector at the forefront. In fact, cleaning invoiced 563 million euros out of the total 688, an 18% increase over the previous year.

The maintenance sector, with revenues of 106 million, registered a 14% increase compared to the previous year, while the integration of services in large companies reached 109 million invoiced, a 10% increase. For its part, consulting, design, and revitalization of work environments from its workplace area reached a business volume of 19 million.

"These results are the fruit of our commitment to focus the strategy on people, innovating and improving each of our processes to respond to all needs that they have or may arise," defended the executive president of ISS España, Javier Urbiola.

The company also attributes this growth to the adoption of a new unified international model, which has led the multinational to invoice 11,200 million euros globally ---83,760 million Danish kroner---. In Spain, the company counts among its clients more than 40% of Ibex 35 companies, and maintains a loyalty rate of 95%.

The Danish multinational, which landed in Spain in 1999 with a single employee and now has a workforce of 35,000 people nationwide, aims to continue growing this year, without ruling out new acquisitions, after the purchase in 2024 of Grupo BN: "In 2025 we intend to continue growing organically and we do not rule out being able to do so inorganically."
