Housfy, the digital platform for real estate and home services, has closed a Series B financing round of 30 million euros, led by the British fund Frog Capital. The British fund A/O Proptech and some of the investors who already invested in previous rounds such as Banco Santander, DN Capital, Seaya Ventures, Aldea Ventures and the Institut Català de Finances (ICF) have also participated. So far, the Barcelona-based proptech has raised 52 million euros in funding.

The resources obtained in the latest round will be allocated to the development of its platform, which allows contracting services and carrying out multiple procedures related to housing ---real estate buying and selling, mortgage management, residential rental, renovations, removals or supplies---. The capital injection will also serve to strengthen the company's business in Portugal and Italy.

"This round allows us to boost the growth of the ecosystem of services we are building, which gives us the ability to open and scale different businesses that, connected to each other, help us offer a better user experience," says Albert Bosch, CEO and founder of Housfy.

Founded together with Miquel A. Mora and Nuclio, the Barcelona-based company expects to close the 2022 financial year with a turnover of 43 million euros and with growth of close to 200% compared to 2021, when it earned 15 million. Since its creation in 2017, Housfy has sold more than 5,000 homes, signed more than 3,000 mortgages and managed close to 1,000 rentals. Currently, it employs 370 workers and expects to end the year with 550. Its headquarters are in 22@.
