Redefining the concept of salad with tastier proposals rich in unexpected ingredients, moving it away from boring perceptions that often relegate them to a mere accompaniment. Pursuing this goal, Greensland has opened its first establishment, located in the Catalan capital and with a clear claim: "We are not an accompaniment, we like to be the protagonist of your meal."
This first location, which opened in September on Travessera de Gràcia with Muntaner street, aims to be the first of many for the brand, and it works with the desire to expand in Europe and America and become a reference salad bar. It aspires to do so through a gastronomic proposal based on healthy products with toppings and unique sauces, in salad or wrap format. "There are no defined timings regarding Europe and America, but a natural step for us would be to go to airports," the company details.
The project, promoted by young Barcelonians Eduardo Beguer and Axel Peinado, has raised more than 700,000 euros since it started in September, from investors and business angels. It has also had the support of the public state company Enisa, which has contributed to the financing of the initiative for promoting health through an innovative proposal.

“Ustedes son la esperanza de México en materia de seguridad. Les pido que actúen con rectitud, con honestidad, con profesionalismo, siempre respetando los derechos humanos. No olviden que el pueblo es el que manda y que ustedes están para servirlo”, concluyó.
