The Antiga Fábrica Estrella Damm has consolidated itself as one of the essential spaces to celebrate Sant Jordi's day in Barcelona. Those who, in addition to loving books, want to enjoy the party with the best music, have a mandatory appointment at the emblematic factory premises on Rosselló street, where this Sunday up to 22 artists and groups will perform live, such as Els Catarres, Gertrudis, 31 FAM, Roba Estesa, Sergi Carbonell, Koers, Siderland and Grauwi + Marta Cascales.

From eleven in the morning until ten at night, in this new edition of Sant Jordi Musical we will also find author gastronomic proposals from local food trucks, as well as a book and vinyl market ---by Quarentena Ediciones and El Tocadiscos---, roses and handmade Sant Jordi-themed details with a charitable purpose. "A memorable edition is expected," explain sources from the organization.

The event with the most rhythm of la Diada will bring together the best performances from the Catalan music scene on three stages. Admission is free, but as it is an enclosed venue, access will be limited until full capacity is reached. This year's Sant Jordi Musical by Estrella Damm will allow attendees to listen live to the new songs by Triquell, finalist of the musical contest Eufòria and who recently released his new album Entre fluids, as well as the new tracks by Socunbohemio, who last March premiered his new album Contes de les Quatre Estacions.

Other groups that will pass through the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm this Sunday, April 23, are Mr. Dynamite The James Brown Experience, Koko Jean & The Tonics, Selvanua, The Sick Boys, Pol Batlle, Azul, Sergi Carbonell, Pau Brugada, La Marta Rius, Júlia Blum, Carla, Maria Florit and Sara Terraza.

The more than nine hours of uninterrupted music will be combined with album signings ---both by artists and bands that will perform and others who have come expressly to sign their works---, such as La Pegatina, Selva Nua, Pau Brugada, La Marta Rius or Júlia Blum, among many others. Joan Dausà was one of the guest artists last year.

Damm beers can be tasted at different bars and enjoy the gastronomic proposals offered by the participating foodtrucks, such as the milanesas from Chalito, the Mexican cuisine of Corazón de Ágave, the signature sandwiches of El Mercader, the hamburgers of Fileteando, the sweet and savory crepes of Maria una Crep or the fresh hake battered with smoked tempura and french fries from The Fish&Chips Shop.

According to Damm, social entities such as Fundació Amics de la Gent Gran, Associació Diversitat Funcional d'Osona (ADFO), Associació SaóPrat, Fundació Finestrelles, Fundació Portolà, Fundació Roure, Fundació Rubricatus and Hospital Sant Joan de Déu de Barcelona will be represented at the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm through the sale of roses – both natural and handmade – as well as other Sant Jordi themed items. The profits obtained from their sale will be allocated to the Red Cross Reacts to the Crisis plan, to respond to the growing needs of the population in situations of vulnerability and sustained poverty, in a context marked by the sustained increase in the prices of basic goods and services.
