Stimulate the local business fabric and offer new tools and resources to accelerate the businesses of freelancers, SMEs, and shops. The Bizbarcelona fair, which gains space at Fira de Barcelona's Montjuïc venue, faces its fourteenth edition with this objective, which it will address through 120 activities led by 150 experts. They will do so through conferences, workshops, and networking, in which solutions to issues such as digitalization, sustainability, and business purpose will be explored.

In addition, 70 companies and entities will offer their products and services focused on boosting businesses. Exhibitors will cover a wide range of areas, from consulting to finance, including coworking, automation, marketing, and franchises, in an event organized by Fira de Barcelona and promoted by the City Council, through Barcelona Activa; the Barcelona Provincial Council; Pimec; the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB) and the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.

The activities have been programmed so that attendees can connect with experts and learn about new market trends and business models, through digital transformation, marketing, internationalization, financing, leadership, and talent management, among other issues. In addition, the program has been designed "thinking about different professional profiles, sectors, and needs", so that visitors can find solutions and ideas to advance their businesses and activities, according to the Deputy Mayor for Economy, Finance, Economic Promotion and Tourism of the City Council, Jordi Valls.

To facilitate the acceleration of visitors' businesses, the activities will practically bring success stories in digitalization, sustainability, and business purpose closer. Among the presentations, that of leadership and management consultant Gina Vidal stands out, who will address the importance of creating bonds as pillars for effective leadership. In addition, entrepreneur and writer Albert Riba will reflect on resistance to change, in the face of revolutions such as that of AI.

The event will also feature speakers such as Esade entrepreneurship and innovation professor Joan Riera; consultant Mónica Mendoza; Onbranding CEO Selva Orejón; non-verbal language specialist Jordi Reche; and Spora sustainability consultancy CEO Laia Valenzuela. Also noteworthy are executives from companies such as Sagardi, Ogilvy, Illa Diagonal, Ferrer, and Verkami, who will present their views and experience to attendees.

Workshops will also play a relevant role in the exhibition, with the aim of providing visitors with the opportunity to discover new skills or adapt their knowledge, while expanding their network of contacts. The workshops, led by experts in management, digitalization, innovation, and sustainability, will cover topics such as taxation, legality, sales strategy optimization, mentoring for startup promoters, and the use of AI, among others.
