Bizbarcelona 2024

Bizbarcelona calls on anyone leading a business and wanting to rethink their way of working and growing to participate in its 160 activities. The main course of the program will be the hundred conferences and talks given by 170 speakers, who will address the daily challenges of SMEs, trade, and freelancers with special emphasis on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, leadership, sustainability, and business strategy. There will also be workshops, personalized advice, and a lot of 'networking' to expand the network of professional contacts.

Organized by Fira de Barcelona and promoted by the Barcelona City Council through Barcelona Activa, the Barcelona Provincial Council, Pimec, and the Chamber of Commerce, Bizbarcelona 2025 will take place on October 15 and 16 at the Montjuïc exhibition center. The event is presented as the perfect occasion for SMEs, businesses, and small self-employed businesses to find different arguments and ideas that allow them to gain renewed momentum. With this objective, the fair, which reaches its fifteenth edition, will offer a complete range of presentations in which experts in various fields will share success recipes, explanations of new tools, processes, and inspiring business best practices.

The fair's program combines a more strategic vision, on major topics such as leadership or team management, with a more micro focus centered on the daily problems that arise when carrying out a business activity. A mix that, approached from a very practical perspective, seeks to offer attendees some keys to help them create or refine their roadmaps and, in this way, ensure sustainable and sustained growth of their projects.

In this same framework, Bizbarcelona will also offer sessions on the incorporation of specialized talent in new technologies.

In addition to the technological aspect, the fair will also address concerns affecting business management, strategy, sales, communication, and financing. In this regard, the program includes presentations on buying and selling companies; brand reputation; commercial excellence, marketing and social networks, or support resources for SMEs, with special attention to both available aid and financial tools.

These presentations will be given by top-level professionals, including: Jordi Urbea, vice president and CEO of the Ogilvy advertising agency; Mònica Mendoza, expert in commercial strategy, emotional intelligence, and customer acquisition; Laura Sallent, expert in female leadership; Jordi Reche, consultant specializing in non-verbal language; Juanita Acevedo, expert in personal branding with values; Alba Guzmán, consultant in digital transformation; Ramon Montanera, expert in social networks; Selva Orejón, reference in cybersecurity and digital reputation; Daniel Resnich, specialist in branding and creativity; Joan Riera, mentor of emerging companies; or David Millet, expert in marketing.

There will also be other workshops related to themarketingdigital, social media, electronic invoicing, brand protection, financial planning, leadership improvement or stress management orburnoutlaboral.

In parallel, Bizbarcelona will once again promote professional connection in a dozen networking activities designed to generate concrete collaborations. Among them, there will be sessions focused on relational marketing to amplify the quality of professional contacts; spaces to create multi-sector alliances; dynamics that stimulate emotional and personal connection in a digital environment, and activities that promote inclusion and diversity as axes of business collaboration.
