Barcelona, on all screens

If you have in Barcelona a new lover of the city who, furthermore, is an international reference in his sector and tells you that we don't quite believe enough in the potential of the Catalan capital in this area, let's listen to him. Again, in the cycle The New Barcelona – Moments Estel·lars organized by The New Barcelona Post, this week we had a dose of optimism based on real facts, this time from the hand of the executive director of the audiovisual technology fair Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), Mike Blackman, and the president of the Audiovisual Cluster of Catalonia, Miquel Rutllant.

Blackman, in personal and professional harmony with John Hoffmann (from the Mobile World Congress) moved his fair from Amsterdam to Barcelona, because the capital of the Netherlands was becoming too small for him. First message of reconcentrated optimism for the capital of our country without a State. And, from there, Blackman's conviction about Barcelona's possibilities as a reference in the audiovisual sector in the world has only increased. Second positive message.

Again, he also tells us that we Barcelonans must believe it a little more. And to help and contribute to attracting talent, business, and possibilities in the sector, Miquel Rutllant directs a Cluster that does not stop at one type of screen.

We live among screens, in fact. And the classic cinema and television screens have given way and coexist with all those that surround us from the palm of our hand, to hospitals, classrooms, and so many other places in our daily lives with which, with audiovisual as a common denominator, we connect. From us to others. And from Barcelona, a plausible aspirant to international audiovisual capital, to the world.
