Zoltan Csaba Nagy

I was born in Transylvania (vintage 1989, near the Carpathian Mountains), the same year the Berlin Wall fell, into a family with five siblings. As a child, I was good at learning languages: I speak and write five, and now I am learning Chinese. I am said to be "a restless lad with drive," and in 2010 I was adopted by Barcelona.
I am a member of the AEPEV (Spanish Association of Wine Journalists and Writers) and ACS (Catalan Association of Sommeliers). I am also a Cava Confrere of Sant Sadurní, an Approved Trainer in Cava, Rioja wines, Montilla Moriles wines and vinegars, and Jerez wines.
Author of the book "Queens of Cups. The Great Women of Wine," in 2018 the Association of Cork Entrepreneurs of Catalonia, AECORK, awarded me the Gla d'Or prize, in its XXVII edition, for being a great defender of cork on my social networks, where I have written several articles defending the cork stopper. Also an extension that serves as recognition to the women I describe in the book and who work very hard every day to innovate and make excellent wines and cavas, and with great sensitivity.
