Journalist and writer, author of Pomp and Circumstance. Sentimental Dictionary of English Culture(Fórcola, 2014) and of The View from Here. A Conversation with Valentí Puig (Elba, 2017). Translator and prologuist of works by Evelyn Waugh, Louis Auchincloss, J. K. Huysmans, Rudyard Kipling, Valle-Inclán or Augusto Assía, among others, he has directed and coordinated the edition ofThe Best of Both Worlds(Renacimiento, 2013). He is, at the same time, author of several monographs on art. In his journalistic career, after starting as a political correspondent dEl Confidencial Digital, he was a columnist and editor-in-chief of Culture forThe Business Gazette. In 2012, he founded and directed the publicationBoth Worlds, a cultural journalism project on the internet where he gathered some of the best writers in Spain. A regular as a literary journalism, political opinion, and two areas of his special interest, literature and cuisine, he has published his works in Spanish newspapers such asEl País, El Mundo, ABC,La Vanguardia,La Razón, El EspañolorLibertad Digital, as well as in magazines such asÍnsula, Leer, Turia, Revista de Libros, Nueva Revista, Letras Libres, F. La Revista del Foment, Revista de Occidente, Litoral, Clarín, Esquire, Tapas or National Geographic. Also, he has written Spanish political chronicles for Latin American media such asEl Comercioof Lima,El Nuevo Siglofrom Bogotá orEl Nacionalfrom Caracas.

In the field of communication, he has advised various national political figures. As for his work as a lecturer or teacher, he has presented his works in institutions such as the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo, the Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales, the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona, and La Térmica de Málaga.

Currently, Peyró is the director of the digital edition ofNew Magazine, EFE counselor, head of the online opinion project ofThe Objective, columnist in various media, and advisor to the Cabinet of the Presidency of the Government of Spain.
