Eva Blanco Catalán is president of Lean In Network Barcelona and a consultant and Senior Advisor specialized in Employee Experience, Internal Communication, Cultural Transformation, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She accompanies organizations of all sizes and sectors, from the pharmaceutical, technological, and consumer goods industries to services and the third sector, in their processes of cultural transformation and leadership development.
With more than 30 years of experience in international environments, including more than twenty years as director of Institutional Relations and Communication at HP's International Center in Barcelona, she combines her professional activity with her commitment to various social and professional entities dedicated to promoting talent, innovation, and equal opportunities.
She is a judge for the DONA TIC Awards, a volunteer at Technovation Girls Catalonia and STEM Women Congress, and her career in favor of equality has been recognized with awards such as the WE Leadership Award, the STEM Woman of the Year award, and the ADE Vallès honorary award. She holds a degree in Information and Tourism and completed a Master's in Corporate Communication at the University of Barcelona.
