I am a "born" publicist from FCRI Blanquerna (URL) who quickly specialized in strategic and digital marketing at UB. A university lecturer since 2015, I am passionate about training and creating spaces for dialogue with companies that provide tangible solutions. In 2020, I decided to pivot towards internal communication, people management, and the promotion of well-being, specializing in positive psychology at IEPP (European Institute of Positive Psychology) and creating feliciCat, the Catalan Institute of Happiness, where I have the good fortune to manage a team of about 50 Facilitators. Since 2024, I have been a PhD candidate in communication.
