The Presummer WIRES Barcelona, held on July 9 at the Hotel Duquesa de Cardona, evidenced a phenomenon already palpable in the Catalan real estate sector: Barcelona has become one of the most active, solid, and influential epicenters of WIRES – Women in Real Estate Spain, and a space where it consolidates with criteria, rigor, and capacity for transformation.

This momentum coincides with a particularly significant year for the city: Barcelona is World Capital of Architecture 2026, a recognition that places the city at the center of the global debate on urbanism, sustainability, space design, and the future of cities. In this context, the presence and role of WIRES acquire an even more relevant dimension.
