The human resources consultancy Prosperity has chosen Barcelona to establish its corporate headquarters, considering it one of the most attractive European cities for talent acquisition.
The commitment to the Catalan capital also involves the opening of new offices on Sardenya street, and the incorporation of five professionals into the team of 15 employees that make up the firm's staff in Barcelona. Specialized in the selection of technological and digital talent, Prosperity also has offices in Paris and Dublin and operates in Spain, France, England, and Ireland.
The company has an internal database that includes more than 55,000 specialized candidates and a portfolio of more than 350 clients, among which are technology companies and startups such as Microsoft, Google, Wallapop, or Wallbox, among others.
Prosperity, co-founded 20 years ago by Gary Mullan and Jim Murray, manages to close 60% of its processes without resorting to external platforms, within a period of 10 to 35 days, according to Gary Mullan, the group's CEO. Mullan specifies that "Prosperity's differential value is digital transformation. We are experts in detecting the profiles the market needs in a scenario where digitalization is a priority in all sectors."
Gary Mullan details that "Prosperity's professionals understand the demands of the sector and have been developing specific strategies for digital talent acquisition for many years. This consolidated experience allows the company to be one step ahead of non-specialized recruitment firms."
