After a successful first edition last year, the experiential event focused on women's integral well-being, Vibra, will be co-organized from this edition by Fira de Barcelona and Evident Events, with the aim of consolidating it as a benchmark event in this field.

The event, which will be held from May 31 to June 1, will take place at the World Trade Center, where conferences, practical workshops, and relational and commercial exhibition spaces have been scheduled, with ideas to build a full and healthy life.

Under the theme Feminine Energy, the event will combine practical learning, inspiration, and socialization with tools and experiences for personal well-being. "Vibra is much more than an event; it is a space for transformation designed so that every woman can feel authentic, empowered, and connected with herself and with other women," defended the director of the show, Anna Ventura.

To this end, Vibra will address issues related to well-being through three main axes: mental health and inner well-being; physical health and well-being; and the female cycle and sexuality, from fertility to menopause. In this vein, the event will offer a program of 80 conferences led by more than 65 experts. Among them are yoga teacher Xuan Lan; psychologists Silvia Olmedo and Patricia Ramírez; and writer and sexuality expert Sylvia de Béjar.

In addition, the program includes motivational talks, mindfulness sessions, healthy nutrition showcookings, and relaxation workshops, among other proposals. Furthermore, it will foster the creation of support networks among women, providing connection spaces to share experiences, explore solutions, and build community, and will feature an exhibition area with products and services related to health, healthy eating, fitness, technology for well-being, beauty, and personal care.
