With an eye on the imminent summer season, PortAventura World continues to strengthen its hotel offering with the expansion of Hotel Colorado Creek. The four-star establishment has added 141 rooms in a new building, approaching a total of 300.

The new building has been designed following the characteristic design of Colorado Creek, inspired by the Old West with the intention of making guests feel as if they were in the old ranches of the United States. The expansion has also included providing the hotel with a swimming pool ---until now it did not have one--- and a new restaurant, reaching, along with the new building, a total area of 18,000 square meters.

The expansion has involved an investment of 16 million euros, which are added to the 25 million of Colorado Creek. Opened in 2019, this themed hotel was the first in the leisure and tourism complex with zero emissions. This commitment has been extended to the group's other hotel establishments.

The new Colorado Creek building will open its doors this Saturday. It thus joins the other PortAventura World hotels that are already open: Hotel Colorado Creek itself, PortAventura, Gold River, and La Mansión de Lucy. During this month, Caribe will open, and only El Paso will remain pending. In total, the leisure and tourism complex has almost 2,500 rooms.

The expected occupancy in the hotels that are already open for the coming days is 90%, details the General Business Director, David García. Likewise, reservations for the months of June and July stand at 45% occupancy.

Since May 15, the PortAventura and Ferrari Land amusement parks are open. From June 23, Caribe Aquatic Park will also be open.
