The Parlem Group faces its tenth anniversary with a change of corporate headquarters: the telecommunications company is moving from its 22@ headquarters to the building of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, in the center of the Catalan capital. With more than 750 square meters, the new headquarters will occupy the entire fourth floor of the building, located on Diagonal Avenue next to Rambla Catalunya.

The new headquarters will house the group's employees in Barcelona, as well as the company's main services. The move, which is expected to take place before summer, will be accompanied by the opening of a flagship store on the ground floor of the building. With the aspiration of turning it into an emblematic store, the group is immersed in defining the project for the premises, which aims to go beyond a store and serve as a meeting point between the business and cultural spheres.

The establishment, which will open after summer, will occupy half of the ground floor of the building, while the Barcelona Chamber will retain the other half, as explained to The New Barcelona Post by the chamber corporation, which has not made public further details of the agreement. The space that will correspond to Parlem, previously occupied by CaixaBank and recently vacant, will offer Parlem's services and promote interaction and collaboration among various actors.

In this regard, the group chaired by Ernest Pérez-Mas and directed by Xavier Capellades has highlighted the link it establishes with the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce. According to the company, which invoiced 49 million last year, this relationship represents a demonstration of the group's willingness to "support all freelancers and companies in Catalonia." Beyond Barcelona, the group will maintain and strengthen the offices it has in cities such as Girona, Olot, and Valencia, with the aim of guaranteeing a local service to its customers.

Following this agreement, the Chamber continues its commitment to make part of its central office building available to companies, which it has renovated over the last year to adapt it to new trends in energy efficiency and technology, as well as new working modalities.

The transformation of the building, which involved an investment of four million euros, has made more than 5,000 square meters available to third-party companies, including the spaces that Parlem will now convert into its corporate headquarters.
