OneCoWork will open a new flexible office space in Barcelona's 22@ district in May 2026. The center, located on Llacuna street in Poblenou, will have an area of 2,650 m² and capacity for more than 400 professionals, reinforcing the offer of premium workspaces in one of the city's main business hubs.
The new space, named OneCoWork Poblenou, is part of the company's growth strategy in Spain and responds to the growing demand for flexible solutions from companies looking to adapt to new work models. The project has been jointly promoted by Grupo Agartha and OneCoWork, and includes the acquisition of the property, its redesign, and its integral transformation. The building, formerly a car workshop, has been converted into a workspace conceived from scratch to meet the current needs of companies.
Distributed in two towers, the center will offer complete corporate floors, private offices, and flexible spaces, adapted to companies of different sizes. In addition, it will feature three equipped terraces—including a rooftop and a garden—designed for informal meetings as well as corporate events or moments of rest.
The opening is part of a growing trend: the consolidation of the flexible office as part of companies' real estate strategy. In the words of Ben Nachoom, co-founder and CEO of OneCoWork, "we are seeing how the flexible office is integrated into the real estate strategy of companies that need to grow, reduce, or adapt with agility. The announcement comes at a time of growth for OneCoWork. After the opening in May 2025 of its first building in Madrid —which currently has an occupancy close to 100%— the company continues its expansion with this new location, which will be its fourth space in Barcelona. This opening will be joined by a new center in Malaga in the summer of 2026, consolidating its presence in some of the main cities in the country.
