She would never have imagined that this was going to be the place where everything would happen. The day, even, had cleared up and left behind that infernal heat. She knew she had to be punctual. The silhouette was drawn imposingly, like a three-headed monster with disproportionate arms and legs. She saw that she had not been the only one to go there. Even then the news flew. With the last rays of sun, the fog began to envelop them. Nothing was heard but an untimely little cough. Until, suddenly, something silver began to shine in the sky and approach.
