All Those Food Market returns from April 2 to 3, a market conceived to enjoy gastronomy and showcase the proposals of young entrepreneurs who seek to make their way with the commercialization of innovative food products or based on top-quality raw materials.

After two years of absence as a consequence of the pandemic, All Those will once again become next weekend a perfect plan to enjoy Barcelona with family or friends in the gardens of the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya (TNC). In addition to being able to taste or buy the different products that will be presented at the fair at the stalls, the great attraction of All Those is being able to savor very interesting street food proposals while having a craft beer accompanied by good music. The three-euro entrance also allows participation in workshops designed for the whole family, with proposals such as decorating artisanal cookies with flowers; planting strawberries and tomatoes; learning how honey is extracted from honeycombs or craft beer tastings.

In this spring edition ---All Those also celebrates a Christmas festival--- it will feature several emerging projects that will join classics from other editions. Thus, the Gresca restaurant of renowned Barcelona chef Rafa Peña will again be present at the market, and there will be novelties such as the sourdough pizzas from Can Pizza or the groundbreaking Asian proposal from Tamae, the latest creation of chefs Albert Raurich and Eugeni de Diego. Other participating brands are Lamum Cuina Thai, A Tu Bola, Fast Eddie, La Olla de Sichuan or Vermut El Bandarra.

Unlike other years, the exhibitors will not be in the interior hall of the TNC, but the entire festival will take place outdoors. Specialty teas, oils, honeys, organic sobrasadas, vegan sauces, bean to bar chocolates, or jams are some of the products that will be present, along with the Japanese mochis from Ochiai or the ice creams from Delacrem. As a novelty, the Spicy Corner is launched, which aims to be an ode to spicy culture. Six artisanal producers of hot sauces, led by Bravasa, will present their products and spread the benefits of adding a daring touch to gastronomy.

In addition to rewarding the palate, All Those has always given prominence to personal and home well-being and there will also be exhibitors of natural cosmetics, plants, aprons dyed with natural dyes or ceramics.
