Housfy, the digital platform for real estate and home services, wants users to fully understand the array of services it offers and "nothing better" than to provide them with in-person attention in a new network of stores. To start, in Barcelona ---in the left Eixample---, it has opened the first Home Store of the twenty it expects to have in three years, distributed throughout Spain.

The expansion of the network entails an investment of 10 million euros until the end of 1024, as announced by the company's founder Albert Bosch, who stated without much specificity that during the first half of this year they will carry out a new round of financing which, "given the size of the firm, we believe it will attract the interest of international funds."

Bosch's business forecasts point to tripling the business, going from 15 million euros in 2021 to 45 million euros projected for the close of this year, in which they also expect to break even.

By the end of 2022, Housfy expects to operate with three stores in Barcelona and one in Madrid ---which will open soon in the Chamartín neighborhood---. Subsequently, the metropolitan areas of both capitals and the cities of Valencia, Malaga, and Seville will follow.

With the first openings this year, the group's workforce will increase from the current 290 people to about 550 in December. But for the joint management of the network and the new services it is working on, the real estate portal will hire 500 people in the next three years.

The founder of Housfy trusts that the new hybrid business model will significantly increase business "because users will know us for all the services we provide, not just as a portal for buying and selling homes." "We are not a real estate agency," he explains, "but an integral platform that helps the owner and covers the entire life cycle of a home when it is on the market."

Hence, the range of services that Housfy currently offers includes everything from buying and selling, to renting, home insurance, management of basic utilities, or the acquisition of properties for subsequent renovation and sale.

In-person customer service will allow for better promotion of the real estate portal's services.
