The real estate services platform Housfy is benefiting from the consumption changes caused by the pandemic, fully boosting the digitalization process. Since the beginning of the year, its revenues exceed one million euros each month and grow at a rate of 15% monthly. This growth has also translated into more workers, reaching 200 during the month of May, double that of a year ago.

With the forecast to continue growing, the startup has decided to expand its offices in 22@, more than doubling the space it currently had. Specifically, it has rented one more floor in the building where it was located, the upper one, reaching 1,750 square meters.

The new offices, connected to the old ones by elevator, will have capacity for 400 employees. For now, the proptech aims to reach 250 workers before the end of the year. Most of the profiles they will incorporate will be programmers, real estate advisors, and mortgage brokers.

The good results it is obtaining this 2021 are bringing it closer to achieving profitability, expected in the coming months. Founded in 2017 by Albert Bosch, Miquel Mora, and Carlos Blanco, it has raised more than 15 million euros in funding, with investors such as Seava Ventures, DN Capital, Torch Capital, and Cathay Capital.

The platform offers all services related to housing, such as real estate buying and selling, mortgage and financial intermediation, residential rental, renovations, or moving. Since its entry into the market, it has sold more than 5,000 homes and signed more than 2,000 mortgages. It operates in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
