Eurofragance closed 2024 with unprecedented growth. The fragrances of the Catalan multinational led it to invoice 180 million euros last year, a figure that represents 27% more than in 2023 and maintains the upward trend of the firm, founded in 1990 in Barcelona.
The company, which produces and markets fragrances for international brands, has registered this growth in all its categories and regions in which it operates. In fact, "the contribution of each region has been fundamental in achieving these results," according to the company's CFO, Juan Ramón López. So much so that the various regions have registered increases ranging from 19% to 30%.
"We are capitalizing on the rapid development of dynamic markets such as the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia," which continue to expand with investments in beauty retail. This was explained by the company's market director, Joan Pere Jiménez, who will take over as general manager in 2026, replacing Laurent Mercier.
The company has also taken advantage of positive market trends in Turkey, Indonesia, and India. In this regard, the company inaugurated a new center in Mumbai in 2024 to strengthen its position in the Indian market. In addition to opening this new center, the company has opted to invest in innovation in various areas: "Our commitment to innovation will continue to be the engine of our success in the coming years," Mercier assured.
In this year of growth, the company's different categories have also registered increases, with a 28% increase in fine perfumery, and 20% in the home care and personal care sectors.
To manufacture its products, the multinational manages its own factories in Spain, Singapore, and Mexico, and has production partners in China and India. Taking into account its subsidiaries and its professional development academies, Eurofragance's workforce grew by 15% in 2024, to 600 employees.
