Employment platforms like LinkedIn or InfoJobs notify their users of new vacancies in companies at the first match they find between the job offer and the profile of the interested person. This situation leads to a hundred documents being sent daily to companies without meeting the minimum requirements to access the job.
To save time and effort, some companies use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software to perform a massive screening among candidates, based on a series of pre-established data, so that only the most suitable profiles remain in the hiring process. Despite this, these systems have a wide margin of error that often leads to the automated discarding of a potential stronghold for the company.
To improve this situation, Etalentum was born in 2013 with the aim of perfecting the capabilities of these softwares, which normally tend to make a superficial reading of resumes, due to a technical deficiency in identifying or interpreting the graphic supports that accompany, in most cases, the work and professional experience of candidates, as well as their qualities, studies, and personal data.
To avoid the loss of talent due to computer incompatibility, the company has developed the tool Robinson, a technology valued at 500,000 euros that is capable of managing, storing, deciphering, and responding to a large amount of information and content, thanks to a sophisticated combination of algorithms that apply Artificial Intelligence and Big Data and Business Intelligence analysis systems. Robinson extracts the most relevant competencies of each candidate and individually tags each job offer, which other conventional search engines cannot do with the same level of precision.
This innovative screening is just the first phase of a long selection procedure. Subsequently, a human team takes charge of the pertinent job interviews to personally evaluate the candidates' aptitudes.
With its headquarters in Vic, Etalentum currently has 29 offices spread throughout Spanish territory, an expansion that guarantees the operation, characteristics, and needs of local companies. Professionals have extensive knowledge of the environment, and processes vary from one company to another, depending on their activity segment and geographical area.
