The night has gotten out of hand. He searches his pockets and can't find his lighter. He doesn't recognize the street he's on and there's no trace of any functioning metro/Nitbus stop/taxi with a green light. He's been walking for a while and his consciousness still allows him to recognize that he's stumbling. He has to get home.
Luckily, his fringe still holds up. He adjusts it in a rearview mirror, with that comb he always keeps in the same pocket where he carried his lighter. He wants to smoke. But he's also too tired. He leans against a wall and starts to nod off. He thinks so much about his lighter that he ends up waking up. And he can't believe what he sees. Are those matches?
