CASA SEAT was born five years ago with the purpose of becoming not only a temple of motoring, but also a neuralgic point to connect with the city from the heart of Barcelona. A privileged space in Barcelona to bring together and connect the business, social, and cultural fabric of the city. A social hub where the city expresses itself, debates, and projects itself into the future.

Half a decade has passed since, in June 2020, the space opened its doors to the public, with 2,600 square meters in a building renovated by architect Carlos Ferrater and his studio Office of Architecture in Barcelona (OAB), with the intention of becoming a central space for understanding the present and future of the city. Since then, almost a million visitors have participated in nearly 1,400 activities organized at CASA SEAT.

The space has also reached its historical maximums in terms of notoriety and interest: achieving 80% recognition among citizens and ensuring that 10% of its attending public participated in more than one event, reinforcing the bond that the space has created with its audience. A community that not only connects within CASA SEAT, but also beyond its doors, with 54,000 followers on its social networks.

During its first year of activity, marked by the pandemic, it also became a vaccination center, immunizing more than 40,000 people. Since then, the space has hosted multiple activities, becoming a space for promoting emerging local talents, as well as a place for debate on current and future Barcelona. Events such as the Magic Days which throughout all its editions have managed to spread the magic of Christmas to some 343,000 people, and which this year imbued the city's space with Jordi Roca's pastry.

In fact, during the last year alone, CASA SEAT managed to attract more than 260,000 people. It has done so through art exhibitions, such as the one featuring TVBoy's Besos prohibidos or even the exhibition that reviews 125 years of FC Barcelona, Els tresors blaugranes. It has also been the setting for moments such as the official announcement of the Spanish national team's call-up by Luis Enrique.

The space has even managed to become Aitana's intimate blue room, who has shared the songs from her most personal album in an exclusive immersive listening event for her Catalan fans. Music has also been the protagonist of other concerts, attracting the urban rhythm of Bad Gyal or The Tyets. In addition to becoming a meeting space for running lovers, with the creation of the CUPRA Running Tribe.

CASA SEAT has also emerged as a space for debate and projection of the Barcelona of the future, addressing the different aspects that make the Catalan capital a city that stands out globally. Thus, it has hosted, among others, the conversations of the Moments Estel·lars series, organized by The New Barcelona Post, through which relevant agents of the city have passed, such as Joan Laporta, Enrique Tomás or the Torres brothers. In addition to these personalities, personalities such as J. A. Bayona, Ronaldinho, Alexia Putellas, Tom Holland or Joana Marcús have also passed through the space, leaving their mark on the space, but also on its visitors.

All this, without forgetting its role in the mobility of the future, demonstrating that the engine can be naturally integrated into an environment that concentrates culture, art, technology and sustainability. Thus, throughout its half-decade of trajectory, they have sold almost a thousand vehicles, in addition to betting on initiatives that promote sustainable mobility such as, for example, electric driving experiences to bring it closer to the general public.
