CASA SEAT begins a new stage in Barcelona with the renovation of its restaurant. The space located at the confluence of Passeig de Gràcia and Diagonal has entrusted its new gastronomic proposal to the hospitality group No Hay Mañana, one of the emerging projects on the Barcelona culinary scene.
The new restaurant, REV EL BAR aims to become a new meeting point in the city center. The project comes from the hand of the team led by Leonid Chechelnitskiy, responsible for restaurants such as Malparit, Babula, MADRE Taberna Moderna, Chamako, or Finca Nebot.
The gastronomic proposal revolves around contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and a flexible format that changes throughout the day. In the morning, it will function as an urban cafeteria with specialty coffee, pastries, and light options for breakfasts and quick meals. From midday, the space will evolve into a gastronomic bar with daily specials, appetizers, and a menu designed for sharing.
The opening also coincides with an interior renovation of CASA SEAT. The space has updated its design with a more defined and contemporary aesthetic, incorporating materials such as matte bronze —in line with the building's architecture— and a chromatic palette based on whites, grays, and blues.
This Thursday, CASA SEAT began this new stage with an event where attendees could learn about some of the space's novelties and try a preview of REV EL BAR's gastronomic proposal through catering with some of its dishes. The evening was accompanied by music from DJs Loveang3l, Phun, ONA, and Cucut.
Five years of activity in the center of Barcelona
Since its inauguration in 2020, CASA SEAT has consolidated itself as one of the city's hybrid spaces, halfway between a showroom, a cultural center, and an urban meeting point. In these five years, it has received more than a million visitors, hosted nearly 1,400 events, and facilitated the sale of around 1,000 vehicles.
The new restaurant starts with a team of about twenty professionals and will initially open from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 20:00. Looking ahead to spring, the project plans to add a terrace in the Jardinets de Gràcia with capacity for thirty people.
Coinciding with this new stage, during the month of March the space will also exhibit the renovated CUPRA Born, the brand's first 100% electric model, which comes with improvements in design, materials and technology.
