The port of Barcelona has emerged as an epicenter of resistance and solidarity with Gaza. From the Catalan capital, the Global Sumud Flotilla has departed, under the motto 'While the world is silent, we set sail' and with the aim of appealing to the international community to react to the genocide against the Palestinian people. Composed of dozens of vessels, the flotilla will try to establish a humanitarian corridor to Palestine, thus challenging the land, air, and naval blockade that Israel has maintained in the Gaza Strip since 2007.
