The gastronomic market All Those Food Market returns this weekend in a very special edition, as it celebrates its 15th anniversary and, in addition, extends its duration by one day. Instead of being held on Saturday and Sunday, the festival already starts this Friday, at the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya (TNC), so the organizers hope to exceed the record of 23,000 attendees from the last edition.

During Friday morning, access is restricted to professionals, that is, to restaurateurs and people linked to the gastronomy sector so that they can get in touch with more than 75 entrepreneurs who artisanally produce all kinds of food. This format, called All Those Pro, will begin with a networking breakfast and a specialty coffee tasting. Subsequently, there will be a talk on consciousness in gastronomy between Xavier Pellicer, Stefano Colombo (Xemei) and Buster Turner (Rooftop Smokehouse) and a natural wine tasting with producers Joan Rubió, Oriol Artigas and Toni Carbó.

At noon, All Those Food Market will open its doors to all good food lovers, who will be able to discover new culinary trends and acquire all kinds of artisanal and local food products at the fair, although the festival also exhibits natural cosmetics and ceramics brands. The gastronomic workshops are one of the hallmarks of the house, with the possibility of signing up for sessions that will allow learning tricks to make vegan pastries, immersing oneself in the world of ferments, knowing the versatility of salt or discovering the different types of spice.

This year, as a novelty, Mango Home will participate, with a proposal of sustainable workshops focused on table care that aims to pay tribute to Mediterranean culture. There will also be workshops designed to bring the world of gastronomy closer to the little ones. For example, with Arrels i Brots, they will be introduced to the universe of urban horticulture, learning to plant strawberries, sunflowers and cherry tomatoes.

One more edition, the TNC gardens will be filled with street food vans, craft beer taps, and good music, provided by different Barcelona DJs. The Detroit-style sourdough pizzas from Four Corners, the dishes presented by Xavier Pellicer & Les Nenes, the barbecues from The Butcher Society, or the freshly made tortillas from Los Tortillez are some of the proposals with which visitors can satisfy their hunger.
